First time shooting in a professional studio at college. The brief was to portray and capture a persons essence and their beliefs. Simone, a friend of mine who has a passion for body modification, had her lips sewn closed with fishing line for the shoot. Eight piercings and a few hours of no speaking later, this was the result.
