Leading delivery of major radio innovation project from concept to execution

Dynamically led teams to develop, build and broadcast the first bespoke, four-day pop up digital radio station, with a full catch up service, app integration, mobile streaming, downloads, dynamic playlists plus an engaging and award winning digital content and social media plan.

The station broadcast across digital platforms live from the Country to Country festival at the 02, London where I led the content production and social media output. This included live video streaming of backstage studio performances, writing a live blog and managing social media coverage with artists, guests and presenters.
