The Biltmore Mayfair had just resigned a contract with the company I currently work for, for AV and events related projects. I was tasked with performing a site visit to acquire measurement and the relevent pictures to aid in the 3D recreation of the Venue. I had used a Laser and a tape measure to get all the dimensions I could of the venue. Alot of the ceiling cavities and chandelier sizes were unreachable had to be guestimated to the best of my abilities by marking locations with reachable areas. I then spent a good 3 weeks modelling the venue from the ground up, UV mapping and texturing whilst also doing other projects.
