We held an internal campaign at Netstar to promote health and wellness by creating a Biggest Loser competition for staff. In order to keep them motivated, participants required good incentives.
We came up with small gift prizes and an awesome certificate of achievement to display on their office walls. I went so well, participants wanted it to be held every quarter.
