Concept and making of an unconventional book, designed for a small Book Club in Eastbourne. The concept derived from the idea of lines of text, metaphorically used as thread and weaving stories. ‘The Sandman’ by E.T.A Hoffmann was first printed on the cotton-based paper and then single lines of text were sewn into a thread. The scroll is approximately 15x30 cm.
