Inspired by the portrayal of people living amidst the backdrop of war, which surrounds them but doesn’t touch them directly, the film explores the profound impact of conflict on everyday life. The intention was to create a non-narrative film, recording different shots without any intention to tell a story and allow the viewer to come up with their own assumptions as this all entails. By blending disparate images of mundane routines and war imagery, we create a sense of visual continuity that underscores the pervasive influence of conflict on everyday life. Movement and composition within each shot serve as potent visual metaphors and metonomies conveying the emotional weight of the film's subject matter. As a result it featured in film festivals related to experimental films.
