It is a collection of seven entries from the diary of Tytus Chałubiński, written during a six-day trip through the Tatra Mountains in the year 1878.

The black-and-white photographs were used in a nostalgic and reflective tone, emphasising the historical atmosphere of the journey and capturing the raw beauty and timeless character of the mountain landscape, just as Chałubiński himself describes them in his diary.
