ABOUT

Challenge:
The most significant challenge was how to convey all of Korra's stories since 1999 while also unveiling the 100-year plan in a single event.

The Concept:
"25 Years of Impact; our legacy continues to 100"
To bridge the gap between history and destiny, we developed a multi-phased guest experience that transitioned from "Honoring the Past" to "Building the Future."

The Execution
We divided the event into three distinct, immersive phases:

Phase 1:Honoring the Past
The journey began at the historic Abdeen Palace, Guests navigated a "Milestone Tunnel"—a curated walk-through experience showcasing key achievements from 1999 to 2025. This physical transition served as a bridge, culminating in a "sneak peek" of the upcoming strategic shifts.

Phase 2: Unveiling the Future
Moving from history to strategy, we held a formal revelation of the 100-Year Plan. This segment was designed to shift the energy from nostalgia to momentum, outlining the long-term vision and Korra’s commitment to sustainable impact.

Phase 3: The Celebration (Past, Present, and Future)
The event concluded with a grand celebration, uniting partners, stakeholders, and employees. This phase served as a communal pledge to the journey ahead, celebrating the collective success of the last 25 years while Toasting to the century to come.

The Results
The event was a resounding success, achieving both emotional impact and professional acclaim:
Engagement:
Successfully hosted 350+ high-profile guests, with post-event feedback praising the seamless flow and the immersive storytelling of the brand’s history.
Executive Recognition:
The management team expressed immense pride in the outcome, providing public acknowledgment on stage during the ceremony.
Corporate Impact: The event’s success was formally recognized during the first Board of Directors meeting following the celebration, cementing the event’s role in Korra’s long-term strategy.

My Role: Lead Strategist & Creative Director
As part of a two-person core task force, I was responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the event. My contributions included:
End-to-End Management: Led the journey from initial ideation and objective setting through to on-ground execution and final evaluation.
Creative Direction: Shaped the visual and narrative identity of the "25 Years of Impact" concept, ensuring the Milestone Tunnel and Palace tour felt like a cohesive brand experience.
Stakeholder Coordination: Managed high-level logistics and communications to ensure the 100-year plan was unveiled with maximum impact.
