This project was created in collaboration with Studio Bruch for Hotel Fräulein Leni in Austria, where illustration was used as a central part of the hotel’s identity.

The brief was to develop a main illustration that could function as a recognisable mark for the hotel, alongside a wider set of line based illustrations and elements that could be applied across the entire property.

My approach was to create a cohesive tone rooted in the surrounding region. Elements such as vineyards, rolling hills and local flora were illustrated within the composition to reflect the landscape and charm of the area. The main illustration brings these elements together into a single, emblem like scene.

All artwork was developed as clean vector line work, allowing it to translate consistently across a wide range of applications. The illustrations were used throughout the hotel, including the exterior, signage, menus, and within architectural elements such as the pool and spa areas.

The result is a collection that integrates illustration directly into the space, giving the hotel a distinct and cohesive identity that guests experience throughout their stay.
