Illustrator, graphic artist and art teacher. Magda Veverková comes from Rožnov

pod Radhoštem, initial art education obtained in a promotional studio

games at SUPŠ in Ostrava - Poruba and after a short intermission at PdF Masarykovy

the university in Brno graduated from the graphic studio at the Faculty of Fine Arts

art BUT. Under the leadership of doc. and. mal. Margity Titlova - Ylovsky se

she dedicated not only grace, but also realized an installation with a strong conceptual design

subtext (Reflections, Changing, Atlas) for using a combination of natural materials

and mirrors or glass. He will complete his studies in 2003 and in large-format color

linocut formulas within the diploma thesis obtained travel recognition in the prestigious

Competition of the Year (2002).

After graduating, Magda Veverková devoted herself to promotional graphics and painting

ceramics (for the Maríž workshop) and in she worked as a specialist

assistant of the illustration and graphics studio at the Faculty of Design and Art

University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Her domain was and is mainly illustration,

which have been dedicated since the late 1990s. Initially, she worked mainly with technology

watercolor (board of books for the Humpolec publishing house of Pavel Dolejší) or

with time - consuming linocut technique (eg illustrations for books by František

and fairy tales in the crib or On the thick top of the woods). They are currently

illustration of Magda Veverková with a combination of classic drawings and graphics

technician with computer graphics. Magda Veverková cooperates with the council

leading Czech publishing houses (Albatros, Grada, Portál ...), since 2011

creates dimensional illustrations and artwork for the Zdenka Žádníková Endowment Fund

and is also engaged in other art work (eg Author 's wallpapers for

rmu Vavex) and teaching activities. He currently lives and works in Horovice.
