Facebook gets political

Facebook in the UK has introduced new rules to further regulate political advertising placed on the social network.

Advertisers will now need to prove their identity and location to the platform and each piece of content will carry a message revealing who paid for the placement.


There will also be an archive to show previous ads purchased by the buyer along with how much was spent and
