Omnicom's RAPP acquire UK-based brand and retail agency Haygarth

Published by

The multichannel marketing agency RAPP, itself a part of The DAS Group of Companies, a division of the Omnicom Group, announced yesterday its acquisition of UK-based brand and retail agency, Haygarth for a sum that has yet to be disclosed. The deal will enable RAPP to expand its expert marketing and communications capabilities by blending the digital retail shopping and consumer good expertise that Haygarth will bring to the table with the global data insight, and media/technology proficiency of RAPP. It's understood that talks between Omnicom and Haygarth began around a year ago, and whilst the agency is now owned by RAPP, it will continue to operate as a separate entity.
