Brand partnership agency Thompson Brand Partners has created a new website to help employers and employees address mental health issues at work.

Mental Health at Work was commissioned by charities Mind and the Royal Foundation and offers resources such as podcasts, PDF documents, videos and posters to help create conversations around the sensitive subject.

According to Mind, one in six workers deals with a mental health problem such as anxiety, depression or stress, which can have an impact on their performance.
