US leader in digital marketing solutions will transform new connections

Having recently secured a partnership with Adobe, the Publicis Groupe follow up that major coup with another acquisition, in the form of the San Diego-based 3|SHARE, an expert and partner in Adobe's “Business Plus Level Solutions” and a recognised US leader in digital marketing solutions. As part of the deal, 3|SHARE will become part of the Publicis Groupe's 'DigitasLBi' agency, which was itself recently named the most awarded shop of the decade by the Interactive Advertising Bureau. The 3|SHARE team will help DigitasLBi deliver and manage Adobe technology platforms and solutions (such as the Adobe Marketing Cloud) for their clients using their expertise in consulting, training, development and remote operation management of Adobe's top-tier digital marketing solutions.

Jess Moore, 3|SHARE's CEO and co-founder, will be reporting to DigitasLBi's global chief technology officer Paolo Yuvienco, but the core 3|SHARE management team, which includes Richard Brown, who co-founded the business with Moore in 2011, will remain in their current roles. Moore said “It was clear from the beginning that 3|SHARE and DigitasLBi shared the common vision of transforming clients' digital marketing capabilities in ways that allow them to deeply connect with their customers across any channel,” and is “Thrilled to be a part of Publicis Groupe and DigitasLBi.”

Adobe Marketing Cloud – Woo Woo?

Tony Weisman, CEO of DigitasLBi North America, adds that he feels 3|SHARE will add “Depth to digital marketing and deployment” to the agency via their expertise with Adobe's platforms and solutions. He believes they will be a superb compliment to their “Robust platform and product offering, fuelled by creativity and technology.” 3|SHARE will be bringing their staff of over 50 employees to Digitas, with a client-base including Asics, Chevron, Honeywell and La Quinta Inns & Suites, not bad for a company that's only been in existence for 3 years.

The announcement of the latest Publicis scoop follows news of the Groupe's strategic partnership with Adobe to deliver the “Publicis Group Always-On Platform.” This is the first end-to-end marketing management platform that automates and connects every stage and component of a client's marketing efforts. 3|SHARE also hosts EVOLVE, the worlds largest independent Adobe Experience Manager Community Summit, which is due to be attended by both business and technical leaders. EVOLVE 2014 will take place between the 17th and 19th of November in Dan Diego, with keynote speakers including world famous magician Penn Jillette. Last year's EVOLVE event saw 307 attendees, 112 companies and a 95% satisfaction rating. Maybe Mr Teller can conjure up a full 100!
