Commonwealth//McCann has announced Ash Farr as EVP, Global Director of Strategy and Research, leading global strategy for the General Motors Chevrolet account. Farr, who has led McCann Australia as National CEO, will be based out of the agency's Detroit headquarters, effective January 1 2016. During his time as National CEO at McCann Australia, which is part of McCann Worldgroup Australia, Farr led the agency through four years of unprecedented growth. His strategic leadership has been internationally recognised with awards from the IPA, Account Planning Group, the Effies, AMEs, Caxton and Campaign Asia. Farr has refined his brand-building knowledge working with a diverse group of global brands, including Ford, Toyota, Land Rover, Vodafone, Nestle, Nike, MasterCard, Google and Coca-Cola.

Publicis Worldwide's global digital agency Nurun, has appointed Dawn Winchester, chief digital officer of Publicis North America, as its Global Managing Director. She will work alongside Steve Tremblay, Nurun's global chief technology officer, and will report on a global level to Arthur Sadoun, CEO, Publicis Worldwide while continuing to report to Andrew Bruce for her North America responsibilities. Winchester will take on a dual capacity across both roles with immediate effect. Her remit as global managing director for Nurun will see her progress the global Nurun capability, develop organic and new revenue, and attract and retain key talent. Winchester will continue to be based out of Publicis' office in New York, where she oversees the agency's digital expertise across North America, with a focus on capability and client growth. With over 20 years experience, she is recognised as a world-class digital and marketing leader with a proven track record for building successful digital and technology operations.

Lori Dicker has joined Walton Isaacson as SVP, Digital and Social, effective immediately. In her new position, Dicker will leverage her vast experience in digital and social to deliver compelling and innovative brand engagement solutions across multiple platforms. Dicker, who has over 15 years of experience leading strategic digital and social media programs with an extensive background in brand marketing, including CPG, lifestyle, and entertainment, has worked on both the agency and client side where she has collaborated with all practice teams to develop immersive, multi-channel campaigns. At Walton Isaacson, Dicker will report to agency co-founders Aaron Walton and Cory Isaacson.

ZenithOptimedia has unveiled a series of senior promotions in the UK. Grant Millar, currently UK CEO, will take up the newly created position of Chief Client Officer and will join ZenithOptimedia Worldwide. Reporting to Belinda Rowe, Global Managing Partner and UK Chairman, Grant will take lead responsibility for RB and will work alongside ZenithOptimedia’s global leaders to help drive global growth. Mark Howley steps up from Managing Director, ZenithOptimedia UK, to become UK CEO, taking charge of a new leadership team. Also reporting to Belinda Rowe, Mark Howley will take control as CEO of the UK agency, building ZenithOptimedia’s Live ROI approach to communications and driving integrated working across the group of companies. Mark is joined by Natalie Cummins, who has been promoted from Managing Director, Zenith UK to Managing Director, ZenithOptimedia UK. The lead role of Zenith UK is being filled by Simon Fuller, who is promoted from Client Partner to Managing Director. Rob Gold has been elevated from Client Partner to Managing Director of Optimedia UK.

Ed Ling has been announced new Managing Director of Isobar Ireland. Ling, who has over twenty year’s experience in digital, joins Isobar from DigitasLBi where he was UK and International Chief Media Officer. Ling will take responsibility for the direction and growth of the agency, and will no doubt be injecting some of his infectious creative energy into the 25 strong team. Ling will report in to Liam McDonnell, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Ireland. In his previous role, Ling was tasked with driving DigitasLBi media offering across its global footprint. Prior to this he was Managing Director at MEC International, Founding Partner of AnalogFolk and the first employee of i-level (the UK leading digital agency from 1998 - 2008). Throughout his career, Ed has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands; included P&G, Michelin, Activision, CHANEL, Paramount, Visa, Colgate, BA, Dyson, Marriott and Motorola, helping them devise and execute creative and innovation strategies.

Cameron Griffith, heart of house and social media executive, has over eight years of experience in customer service, client management, writing and market research. Finally, Adam Gately and Jack Jolly, junior creative team, are recent graduates of Staffordshire University where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Brand Management.

Geometry Global UK has announced its new Chief Strategy Officer, Martin Smith. Bringing with him a record of innovation and effectiveness, Martin will join Geometry Global UK in January 2016 and will also be Managing Partner, sitting on the agency executive committee. Working closely with CEO Sarah Todd, Martin will oversee Geometry Global’s strategic product across all clients including Heineken, Vodafone, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola, Philips, Emirates and Mondelez. Most recently at O&M Singapore, Lim and Loke have been joint creative leads for major accounts such as BMW, KFC, Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth, National Environment Agency, Singapore Sports Council, Health Promotion Board, Kimberly-Clarke and GlaxoSmithKline.
