TBWA\Chiat\Day has appointed Andrew Dauska as managing director of the agency's Nissan account, reporting directly to TBWA\Chiat\Day LA president, Luis DeAnda. Andrew, who joins TBWA from Wunderman in Minneapolis, has a proven track record of excellence in developing and leading highly successful brand and business strategies for a wide range of brands including Subaru, Delta, Porsche, Best Buy and Allstate. In his new role he will oversee the Nissan business, one of TBWA\Chiat\Day's largest roster clients.

Lisa Zakarin, a veteran in the world of integrated marketing and big brand advertising, joins Publicis Hawkeye, a part of Publicis North America, as managing director of Health & Wellness. She reports to agency CEO and chairman, Steve Dapper. Zakarin comes immediately from Deutsch NY, where for a decade, she had led and grown their thriving healthcare business, working on various clients, including Galderma RX and OTC. Publicis Hawkeye is excited to welcome Zakarin into the mix to not only further our expertise across a variety of verticals, but also to add to their ever growing list of clients in the health & wellness space.

Droga5 London has announced the appointment of CCO David Kolbusz, who will start his new role in early November. The new hire follows the recent announcement that Bill Scott has been named CEO of Droga5 London, effective November 2. Kolbusz joins Droga5 from Wieden + Kennedy, New York, where he currently serves as Executive Creative Director. No stranger to the UK market, Kolbusz joined W+K from BBH London in May 2014. At BBH he held the positions of Deputy ECD and Partner, and enjoyed four years with the agency.

Arnold Worldwide has announced the appointment of Mathew Jerrett and Tim Flood as executive creative directors, effective immediately. As co-ECDs on the Hershey's account, Jerrett and Flood will be tasked with overseeing all day-to-day creative work across the entire Hershey portfolio of brands. Based at Arnold New York, they will work closely with Arnold New York president Peter Grossman and the office leadership team, and will report to global chief creative officer Jim Elliott. Jerrett and Flood join Arnold from Translation, where they solidified their partnership as Group Creative Directors and co-led creative initiatives for Champs Sports, Google and Budweiser's “Made in America.”

Martin Conneen, regional president of Wunderman Asia-Pacific, has named CRM expert Jason John as head of the network’s offices in Malaysia. As general manager, John will oversee both Wunderman and AGENDA Kuala Lumpur. His focus will be on scaling up the offices and boosting their direct marketing and data capabilities, while championing creativity and inventive thinking. John brings with him 20 years of integrated brand communications, digital marketing and customer relationship management experience. He has worked with a wide array of multinational and local clients including Volvo, Nokia, Nestle, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, L’Oréal, Microsoft, Cadbury, Mazda, Diageo, BMW and Sime Darby. John is based in Kuala Lumpur and reports to Nimesh Desai, managing director of Wunderman Southeast Asia.

MPC London has promoted VFX supervisor Diarmid Harrison Murray to the position of 3D creative director. In his new position, Diarmid will work alongside heads of the 3D studio, Carsten Keller and Anthony Bloor, sharing responsibility for creative output and continued development and success of the 3D department During his time at MPC, Diarmid has been instrumental in creating two hugely successful, multi award-winning campaigns; “Monty’s Christmas” for John Lewis and “The Joy of Storage” for Ikea.

DigitasLBi has announced the promotion of Doris Chung to SVP of creative. Chung will expand her creative leadership role, developing transformative brand experiences and social activations for key clients like American Express. Chung will continue to be based in New York and report to Atit Shah, ECD for New York and Atlanta. 2015 marks Chung’s tenth year at DigitasLBi. Prior to joining DigitasLBi, Chung was a creative director at Arnold Worldwide, working with brands like Fidelity Investments, Royal Caribbean, Volkswagen, and Teradata. Before that, she was creative director at Directech eMerge.

Alpha Century has appointed Matt Buttrick as its new partner and head of strategy. Tasked with co-driving the agency’s vision alongside agency founders Hugo Feiler and Barnaby Girling, he will be responsible for boosting the agency’s strategic capability across all clients including Toshiba and Virgin Atlantic. Previously a planning director at Grey London, Buttrick worked with brands such as HSBC, Lucozade, The British Heart Foundation, Brother, Dairy Crest and Duracell. He also led the planning on Volvo, which produced the Grand Prix winning Life Paint campaign at this year’s Cannes Lion Awards.

DLKW Lowe has hired two new senior creative teams to join the growing creative department. Bruno Ribeiro and Luiz Filipin join the agency this week, alongside Roberto ‘Bob’ Kilciauskas and Pedro Rosa. Both teams originally hail from Brazil and will report directly into creative leaders ECD Rich Denney and chief creative officer Dave Henderson. Denney said: “Both teams’ talent and boundless hunger to create world class attention-grabbing work makes them the perfect fit for our agency and for the direction we are heading in. They could have chosen to work at any agency in London so we are delighted they are joining us.”

Brazilian born Bruno and Luiz are working together as a team for the first time at DLKW Lowe. Ribeiro joins from AKQA London with over eighteen years’ experience in multicultural, game-changing agencies Filipin joins from Lowe Borghi Brazil. Previously at Wieden + Kennedy São Paulo, he has worked on Nike, Coca-Cola and Unilever brands. The senior team of Kilciauskas and Pedro Rosa join DLKW Lowe with an equally impressive agency background in Brazil including Africa Agency, Y&R Brazil and AlmapBBDO, Sao Paulo.

Leo Burnett Melbourne has bolstered its creative department with the appointment of Michelle Walsh and Mike Fritz. The talented pair will work as a team with Walsh stepping into the role of creative director and Fritz, the role of senior art director. Walsh, formerly CD at Publicis Mojo Melbourne, has produced award-winning work for major brands including Tourism Victoria, Peters, Nike and Australia Post and is responsible for writing the majority of the popular and highly successful Toyota AFL Legendary Moments commercials. Fritz comes from DDB Melbourne where he worked on Westpac, Telstra, Don and Devondale Dairy. Previously at BWM and Clemenger BBDO, Fritz has had his work recognised at Cannes, AWARD, One Show, Clio and the New York Festivals.
