TMW Unlimited has combined its Technology, Email, Business Analysis, User Experience and Project Management teams to form one integrated division called TMW Interactive. The new unit, sitting within the main agency, provides a silo-free approach to the creation and design of customer experiences that make the best use of emerging and established technologies. TMW Interactive will be responsible for helping clients translate business objectives into tangible experiences by providing a full end-to-end analysis, design, prototype and build services that lead to and aid purchasing behaviour based on a deep understanding of their clients’ customers. Merging the teams into one department allows clients’ interactive campaigns and projects to be created, managed and delivered with greater speed and efficiency.
TMW Interactive will be headed up by Tariq Khan, formerly Head of Project Management, in the new role of Director of Interactive. He reports into Chris Buckley, TMW Unlimited’s Chief Digital Officer. Rolff Kruger, Ryan Hickling, Paul Gannaway and Alex Harrold, who lead Technology, Email, Business Analysis and User Experience respectively, will all report into Khan. TMW Interactive will sit alongside TMW Unlimited Labs, the agency’s division dedicated to building and testing new technology and embedding start up thinking into client organisations. The team will also work closely with TMW Unlimited’s award-winning creative and data teams to harness new opportunities and the latest technology for clients.
