Steve Libenson joins the Publicis Groupe's Rosetta as Partner

The Publicis Groupe customer engagement agency, Rosetta announced yesterday that Steve Libenson has been hired as Partner at Rosetta Consulting. This is a key hire, which will serve to strengthen the industry-leading practice. Libenson will be based at Rosetta's New York office on 5th Avenue, helping to drive innovation in customer engagement, providing leadership that will help build the practice, and nurturing relationships with the practice's clients, primarily those in the healthcare industry. He will report directly to Jay Lichtenstein, Rosetta Consulting's managing director.

Lichtenstein is thrilled to have Libenson on the Rosetta Consulting team, and believes he is an ideal fit for both the practice and Rosetta in general, due to his “Strong track record of combining human insights and innovative technology to create engagement with brands and their consumers,” and his careers deep roots in consultancy. Those roots span two decades, which have included time as strategy consultant and global account relationship leader at Monitor Group, where he became the founding consultant of Monitor's digital and cross-channel business unit, Marketspace Advisory.

Libenson has also driven growth at Publicis and Omnicom shops, Saatchi & Saatchi Health and Cline, Davis & Mann, where he worked with healthcare brands such as Lipitor, Sutent, Viagra, and Premarin, as well as leading global brands such as AT&T, Fidelity, Pfizer, Merck, Novartis, Fruit of the Loom, BASF, Madison Square Garden, and Johnson & Johnson. Libenson, who has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in American History from the University of Pennsylvania, was also a co-founder of Cab Watch, a public safety non-profit, and Nesting Mode, the free, online resource for expectant parents. His most recent post prior to joining Rosetta, however, was as senior vice president of multichannel strategy at CementBloc, a role in which he accrued a broad industry experience growing both global brands and start-ups, with a strong focus on digital.

Rosetta Consulting is a practice that contributes to customer engagement assignment on behalf of Rosetta's clients, which include such global names as Pirelli, Blackberry and Cisco. It also functions as a independent business unit, providing growth strategy consulting services to its growing roster of blue-chip clients. It posits itself as a “Customer engagement agency for the empowered age,” which combines “Human insights, technology and next-generation storytelling to craft meaningful connections that drive tangible results.”
