The application process is remarkably straightforward

One of the unique benefits of CHI&Partners’ graduate scheme is the exposure it offers to disciplines beyond advertising – including PR, media planning and buying, social media, innovation, CRM, data analytics and direct marketing. Graduate trainees will have the opportunity to work with a number of other agencies within The&Partnership’s cross-discipline group, including media agency m/SIX, PR agency Halpern and content agency AllTogetherNow. Successful applicants will join the agency in January 2016, experiencing a combination of internal and external training, and working closely with senior partners at Rathbone Street on world-famous brands.

Sarah Golding, CEO at CHI&Partners, said: “Our graduate scheme is a fantastic opportunity to inject new energy and skills into the business, and I never cease to be amazed by the talent, enthusiasm and experience our new graduates bring with them to the job each year. Finding and nurturing the next generation of stars from diverse backgrounds plays an important part in maintaining London’s position as the creative capital of the world – which is one of the reasons we go to such great lengths to seek out and invest in the best new people each year. If you’re considering a career in advertising and have a passion for creative thinking, game-changing ideas and new technology, we’d love to hear from you.”

Ant Conlin, one of the recent graduates, added: “I’ve been on the graduate scheme for nine months now and my experience can be summed up in three lines: big brands, brilliant people and barrels of fun. If you have your heart set on a career in advertising, there is no better place to start. From day one, you’ll be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. Surrounded by some of the most talented people in the industry, you’ll receive the support you need to do great things and kick-start your career. You’ll also get the singular opportunity of working with teams across The&Partnership, giving you a 360 degree view of how the industry works, from conception through to the launch of a game-changing campaign. The CHI&Partners graduate scheme is perfect for those who like to learn fast, work hard, think on their feet and have incredible amounts of fun along the way.”
