Wolff Olins has launched a new brand identity for the spectacularly named South American telecoms company Oi, which is centred on a a user-generated logo that reacts to the sound of the customer’s voice. In creating the concept, the consultancy experimented with sound and touch activation, to enable subtle, but personal variations of the logo that would give each consumer a fresh, but recognisable logo. Digital art and design studio Onformative built the software that enables users to animate their Oi logo by talking, shouting, clapping
