Natalie Lam appointed as executive creative director of Razorfish

Yesterday, it was announced that Natalie Lam has been appointed as executive creative director of Razorfish, at the agency's headquarters in Times Square, New York. Razorfish is a part of the Publicis Groupe holding company, and is one of the world's fastest growing digital and technology agencies. In her new role, Lam will lead the agency's staff of more than 50 creative individuals, working across key client accounts such as Mercedes-Benz USA and UNIQLO. Under her guidance, the team will be tasked with conceptualising campaigns for their clients that promote and breed interaction between the brands and their consumers by developing integrated experiences that help to transform their client's businesses.

Lam is a veteran of the industry, who most recently held the ECD position at McCann Erickson, but has also held the same position at OgilvyOne Asia in Shanghai, where she was previously regional creative director. She made her first splash in the industry at R/GA, where she served as creative director and made a name for herself thanks to accolades received for her work on Nike+. Her resume speaks for itself, with experience leading the global IKEA account at McCann, and bolstering the creative offering and the client roster at OgilvyOne Asia with impressive accounts such as Adidas, Lee Jeans, Chanel and Fanta. She has also been the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career, with a Cannes Cyber and Titanium Grand Prix award, and a D&AD Black Pencil under her belt.

Lam herself is thrilled to join the team at Razorfish, and agency she says has been an iconic name ever since she started her career in the industry.
