Moxie and Engauge Marketing unite under the Moxie banner

Published by

Digital advertising agencies Moxie and Engauge Marketing LLC announced yesterday that they intend to unite their brands under the 'Moxie' name, forming a fully integrated advertising and digital company in the process. Engauge became part of the ZenithOptimedia Group network when it was acquired by global holding firm Publicis Groupe (who also own Moxie) in August of last year, so the move is far from surprising. It is notable though, as by uniting the two agencies under the globally renowned Moxie name, ZenithOptimedia has created an organisation driven by digital content, with capabilities which span the entire spectrum of the advertising, marketing and promotional world.

Moxie is an Atlanta-based, digitally cantered agency which was first founded in 2000 and has grown in the past 14 years to encompass nearly 600 employees working at the Atlanta headquarters and agency branches in Columbus, LA, New York and Pittsburgh. The agency is renowned for pushing the boundaries of traditional and emerging technologies to offer marketing strategies that focus on everything from social media to data analytics and strives to outperform the competition at every hurdle. Their roster includes such esteemed clients as 20th Century Fox, The Coca-Cola Company, Cisco Systems and Verizon Wireless, clients who CEO Suzy Deering believes will benefit wildly from the merger.

Deering believes the merger marks the “Next big step” in the agencies evolution, and that with Engauge onboard they are even better prepared than before to offer their clients “Unprecedented growth opportunities” by “Addressing their ever-changing needs from a data, technology and creative standpoint." Deering underlines that the agency has already been rolling out the expanded scope of their services over the past six months.

Chairman Nick Bandy feels the union has created a “Strong multichannel, geographically diverse company that houses the best services and solutions under one roof.” With the global scope brought to the table by the union, he expects Moxie's clients (who have already been dazzled by their expertise) to have an even greater access to “World-class marketing resources.”
