CS For SHE: A new training programme for Female CDs and ACDs

Published by

We are delighted to announce CE for She (with CE), a new training programme for female ACDs and Creative Directors. The aim of the programme is to give female senior creatives the tools they need to really thrive in the creative industry.

Working with Creative Equals, we have created a programme that we are super excited about. We have focused on developing the core skills of leadership, such as culture building, negotiation skills and public speaking in a creative and inspiring way. Confirmed trainers include Fura Johannesdottir, Group ECD at R/GA, Hillary Gallo, author of ‘The Power of Soft’, Iain Tait, ECD at Wieden & Kennedy, Lynne Parker, founder of Funny Women and Richard Robinson, Managing Partner at Oystercatchers. Other partners include D&AD, She Says, Stripes and Token Man.

The programme will run over six months starting with the first two hour session on 2nd November and the second session swiftly following on 9th November. It will then run monthly until April 2017. Click here for the full programme and more details on the trainers.

The Cost

Well that’s the really interesting bit. The programme itself is free and all we ask is that your agency commits to paying* to send you to CS Mumbai (17/18 Nov) or one of our CS Globals in 2017 (likely to be in London and Toronto). If you don’t know what a CS Global entails, check out video from CS Los Angeles here:

So if you are interested, then please APPLY HERE. The deadline for entries is Monday 3rd October.

The entries will then be reviewed by Ali Hanan, co-founder of Creative EqualsLaura Jordan Bambach, Creative Partner at Mr President and co-founder of SheSays and myself. We will inform you if successful on Friday 7th October. Any questions, feel free to get in touch via twitter (@creativesocial).

*Cost of a CS Global is £700 for newbies and £550 for Socials (ex: people who have attended one of our CS Globals before)
