ClearPeople announce new Senior Leadership dream team

The award-winning independent, creative, digital and technology consultancy ClearPeople, has just announced a new Senior Leadership team that will include Wesley Hogg as digital strategy services director, Luke Smith as cloud services manager, and Barry McKaine as head of project management. The appointments at the London-based consultancy, which has delivered more than 250 digital projects for over 110 clients since it was founded in 2003, arrive amidst a time of great expansion for the business.

Smith's appointment couldn't prove more timely, as it comes in the same week that ClearPeople were announced as the first Microsoft UK Partner to be awarded Cloud Platform Gold Competency for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft's Cloud platform, demonstrating their significant strengths in Cloud platform based solutions. It's hoped that Smith can build on this success as he takes charge of the rapidly expanding department. McKaine, meanwhile, brings with him vast reserves of experience, having worked with clients such as the Cabinet Office, Ofsted, NHS London and the Natural History Museum. He will be heading up the project management office.

Perhaps the most significant appointment, however, arrives in the form of Hogg, who will play a pivotal role in developing the agency's “consultagency” offering, which fuses “The skills of technical consulting with creative digital marketing agency services.” He joins ClearPeople 17 years into a career that has landed him at such top agencies as McCann Erickson and Code Computerlove.

His last port of call was a Reading Room, where he served as executive creative director, and was responsible for the overall creative outlook of the agency. He is “Thrilled to be part of the ClearPeople family” and really looks forward to “Developing the integrated digital strategy and technical consulting services that help organisations be more effective and gain competitive advantage.”

Together they will form a senior leadership team that the agency hopes will take them to the next level the “Provision of leading edge digital services and technical consulting.”

Smith, McKaine and Hogg will join agency co-founders Gabriel Karawani and Katya Linossi, as well as Eneko Vallecillo, who was recently promoted to the role of technical services director.
