She works across account management, business development, organisational development and team member mentoring. She has helped drive substantial growth at the agency, creating new internal organisational structures to optimise client business. Meaux, meanwhile, is a client delivery executive who joined the agency in 2007 and has been a valuable member of the team ever wince, demonstrating a deep understanding of commerce and client relationships and cultivating career growth within the team.
Of the newly promoted partners, Tom Adamski, Rosetta's CEO, says that they have each demonstrated “Exceptional skills, capabilities and performance.”
Rathbone only joined the agency last year as a strategic planner for a key account, but has made a real impression in just a year as a strong client partner, collaborator and team mentor. Rathbone is known within the industry as a natural storyteller and a champion of actionable insights and solutions who makes the complex accessible. Finally, Thompson, a well-respected manager, brings his rich background in multichannel marketing strategy to the role of partner. He joined Rosetta in 2010 and has in that time managed to demonstrate his unique industry expertise in digital, mobile and event-based customer engagement strategy. A personable individual, whose ease with building and maintaining relationships make him a natural mentor, Thompson's humility and genuine interest in others drives his impact in the development of his teams and team members.
Of the newly promoted partners, Adamski says that they have each demonstrated “Exceptional skills, capabilities and performance,” and he is “Proud to welcome them to the leadership team at Rosetta." He continues that "The market's shift toward customer engagement programs that are contextually-relevant, personalised and based on customer insights,” has placed his agency at the forefront of the industry. Throughout a period of rapid growth and expansion into a global market, he believes it's crucial for the agency to focus on “Maintaining a thoughtful balance between recognising and rewarding top talent from within,” whilst also attracting the industry's best and brightest from outside Rosetta.
