I’m like one of those annoying reformed non-smokers who coughs, passively aggressively, as you spark up a social cigarette. I’m like the vegan who mocks you for eating Quorn, the new mum who tells my childless friends they haven’t lived, because I hadn’t lived until my child was born.

I’m like all those people, because I’m a thought leader writing a blog about how she thinks thought leadership is stifling the advertising industry’s creativity.
