""I am the hidden son of the Addams Family"
Young creative minded person who loves to express himself in various artistic ways.
I like to break the image of the "superficial world" and make it accessible to everyone, with a critical view and a touch of dark humor.
Taking inspiration from my everyday, sucking up my surroundings whilst delving deep into my subconscious to shape a visual narrative imbued with a steadfast vision and very personal aesthetic.

"The TRASHion world is not all about being beautiful but showing off your creativity and having fun " - Achraf Amiri "

How long have you been a Freelancer for?
On a professional level, it's been 3 years since I started making a living from my art.

Describe your work in one sentence.
Personal and introspective, eerie and spooky but smart and sexy.

Who are some of the clients you have worked for?
Since September 2011 I produce a monthly feature for the renowned fashion magazine ELLE Belgique. I have also produced illustrations for a series of high fashion and luxury brands such as Diesel, Dior, Sofitel Hotel etc. My last work was for NIKE China. I created the visuals for the laughing of their new LunarGlide+4. My illustrations are often featured in international magazines such as Idol, Velvet and So Chic.

What's the most important thing you've learned in your line of work?
To try to find the perfect balance between identity and service.

What attracted you to your chosen field?
My nature.

Tell us about your best project to date.
A couple of months ago I created a fashion animation video called "Trashion Magazine". A dynamic, caricature portrayal behind the scenes at fashion magazines, penning each piece of high-couture fashion to reflect key industry characters. The amazing Larry Tee created the soundtrack for it. It took me 4 months of intensive work as all the drawings are handmade and scanned one by one.

What sets you apart from your competitors?

If you could work on any project for any company/organisation, what would it be and who would it be for?
I enjoy working on any project as long the creativity and freedom of expression aspect is there.

What frustrates you the most about your job?
Closed minded clients.

What pearl of wisdom can you offer to someone thinking about starting out as a freelancer?
Be yourself, creativity is limitless.

If you could have ONE super power, what would it be?
I believe that I've got one already.

What's your favourite bit of kit?
My hands.

Tell us a random fact about yourself.
As life keeps going, I’ll keep drawing.

What's your favourite song of all time?
"Crucified" by Army of Lovers.

What is your favourite app?

Facebook or Twitter?

Eat In or eat out?
If invited, anywhere.

Reconnecting with our roots: How VR can bring us back to reality

I have always deeply revered nature. Growing up in Cornwall surrounded by the ocean on (almost) all sides has meant I’ve always been aware of the scale of the wild world outside. I am keenly aware of the beauty of nature, but never forget the...
