"We specialise in creative for print, digital, mobile and retail. Our designers, producers and technologists sit side by side in small, integrated teams. This approach allows us to react quickly and strategically for our clients, helping them win. We are heavily based in music but take on a wide variety of briefs from various industries."

What do you actually do?
I work across all aspects of the company, delivering campaigns and projects from inception to completion.
We work closely here so there is a lot of interaction within the studio to deliver our best work. From branding
to art direction, across all platforms, we come up with design and concepts that work.

What would you be doing if you weren't doing that?
On an expedition somewhere... Mountain, desert, ocean!

How did you get started in the industry?
I started out wanting to be an architect. Form has always been a big interest; I started taking a greater interest in Typography. I went to university and then went over to LA to work in a big studio where I learnt a lot. I returned to London and worked at an amazing studio. I founded the company 4 years ago.

What's your current favourite piece of creative work at the moment?
I just saw the OK GO interactive music video that is supported by Google Chrome. I love that fact that the original concept is fairly simple, the technology brings it to life and the execution is incredible. How it should be.

What do you love about your job?
I love working with a huge range of people from many different backgrounds. I also get to create things daily. We have been lucky to work with a few acts from the grass roots all the way up to headlining, that has been special to watch.

If you could give one piece of advice for someone starting out, what would it be?
Immerse yourself in it, go to lectures, go to workshops, exhibit where you can... That way you meet people and learn.
When you meet people have something to say and smile!

If you have one Super power what would it be?
Being able to fly.... It would be greener!

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Younger!

What was your worst job and what did you learn from it?
I grew up on a farm so I have done a lot of 'interesting' jobs. I think that my dad showed me that work ethic goes a long way.

You have already worked with some amazing brands, who would you like to work with next?
We have worked with some amazing acts. I think our next step is to work with big brands on
integrated campaigns.

*
iPhone or Blackberry?
Blackberry

Your favourite app?
It's pretty boring but I love Instagram.

Too Cool for School or too School for Cool?
Neither but check out 'In Pursuit of Cool' by R+I Creative. That defines cool.

Facebook or Twitter?
Twitter.

Eat In or eat out?
Seriously, has anybody said Eat In?
