We're very happy to announce that Creativepool have come on board as a media partner for the CR Photography Annual this year. The Creative Review Photography Annual 2015 is now open for entries, accepting work from students and independent photographers, as well as those who have commissioned great images for fashion, editorial, advertising and stock libraries.
Honour Outstanding Photography
Each year, the Photography Annual showcases the best in commercial photography from the past year. Recent Best in Book winners include Nick Ballon, Julia Fullerton-Batten, Tim Flach, Adam Hinton, Guy Farrow and Sophie Ebrard. In 2014, Creative Review introduced some new categories to honour not just the creators but the commissioners of outstanding photography, including ad agencies, magazines, publishers, stock libraries and fashion brands. Also awarded is personal and non-published work and outstanding examples of CGI retouching.
This year a brand new category for Student Photographers has been introduced to support and celebrate the fresh new talent in the industry. This is a free to enter category that puts up-and-coming photographers in the spotlight.
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of industry leading judges: last year's line-up included Sarah Douglas, creative director at Wallpaper; James Fairbank, head of brand and central marketing at Rapha; Jessica Crombie, head of visual creative at Save the Children and Sarah Thompson, head of art production at Fallon London, and this year's panel will soon be announced.
Deadline: September 18
The deadline for submitting work is September 18, and winning work will be featured in the CR December 2015/Photography Annual issue, out late November. Images will also be showcased at our Photography Annual launch party and featured by CR online.
