Unfortunately, many clients are spending the smallest fraction of ad dollars on it. It's up to us as advertisers to unmask the opportunities that Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and many other platforms provide in order for our brands to connect with their consumers on a more personal and effective level.
