ABOUT

Here is a fun animation MadMicrobe created recently for WebMD. The subject matter was Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a skin ailment which results in unsightly scars, abscesses and tunneling. Because of the visually unpleasant nature of the disease, the creative team, led by Executive Producer Mitch Wishart, chose to integrate a topographical / cut paper / origami style to help tell the story in a more aesthetically pleasing way. Whilst not detracting from the severity of the ailment.
