She has a strong track record of improving ecommerce performance, collaborating cross-functionally, leading creative teams, managing multi-channel campaigns, strengthening brand consistency, and guiding rebrands.
Madison has spent the past years at RoseSkinCo, a DTC beauty tech brand, where she helped increase this past April's conversion rate by 53% year over year. During her time there, she also led a rebrand, focused on building scalable design systems and bringing key channels in-house.
