PHASE ONE
Strategy & Approach

During a dynamic one-day facilitated session, we dove deep into the challenges facing Glitter Bomb Your Enemies. In this process, we prioritized the needs and goals of the business and its customers, uncovering issues with the existing brand that were deterring new clients. This exploration laid the groundwork for our branding and marketing plans for 2020 and beyond.

DEFINING THE BRAND
Through a series of engaging exercises during the strategy session, we distilled and refined the key pillars of the brand. This helped define the brand’s personality: how it should look, sound, and act.

UNDERSTANDING THE USERS
Glitter Bomb Your Enemies operates in a crowded market filled with silly gags and cheesy jokes. To stand out, it was crucial to pinpoint their target audience and tailor the brand and product accordingly. We created unique user profiles to represent a diverse range of attendees, painting a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs, and wants.

POSITIONING
Understanding what the Glitter Bomb Your Enemies brand represents and who they champion helped us craft a compelling positioning statement for the organization.

PHASE TWO
Brand Refresh: A New Look

For the redesign, we took their old, pre-installed font logo and transformed it into a custom-made, two-tone design. We reimagined "Glitter Bomb" with a boxed font, encapsulating it inside a box to evoke the sensation of a glitter bomb or gag item ready to be sent to your foe's doorstep. "Your Enemies" was placed outside the box to symbolize being on the receiving end. The font for this part also features a boxy fill with added texture, giving the design a gritty, comic book/pop culture vibe. The rebrand drew inspiration from classic comics and pop art from the 50s to 80s, infused with a modern twist.

In a market that's anything but bland, we made sure their backgrounds weren't either. We designed vibrant patterns to enhance the pop art feel and grunge aesthetic, creating diverse elements to overlay on photos or vector objects.
