ABOUT
I was given the task of redesigning the website for Harley Street Mental Health, a leading mental health clinic in Westminster, London. They specialise in ADHD, Autism, and Psychiatric services. The goal was to enhance their online presence and improve the overall user experience to better showcase the clinic's capabilities.
The brief called for a complete revamp of the existing website, which was considered overly complicated. The challenge was to simplify the information, address issues with colours and imagery that didn't match the clinic's standards, and ensure the website appealed to the target audience instead of putting them off.
To address this, the first crucial step was to create a comprehensive rebranding guide. This guide detailed the appropriate fonts, colours, and imagery to authentically represent Harley Street Mental Health's identity and services. With a clear vision, the redesign focused on simplifying the user interface for a seamless and visually appealing experience. Ongoing collaboration with the client ensured their input shaped the final design.
The overhauled website showed significant improvements. There was a noticeable increase in overall site visits compared to the previous version. Crucially, these changes positively impacted the target audience, resulting in more online appointment bookings and increased attendance. The redesigned website now serves as a more accessible and engaging platform, effectively communicating the clinic's offerings to its audience.
