I've spent almost 30 years in the advertising world and now have a brand consultancy focused on helping brands navigate the journey to survival (not a given these days!).
We have three core capabilities: marketing modernization, talent design and business transformation and are working with several startups in the adtech, tech and cannabis space (we are investors in 1906, a high growth edible brand). And we are also launching a haircare brand in September 2019.
I have also been fortunate to work on amazing brands throughout my career including Hershey, Clinique, Campari, Kohler, American Express, J&J, T. Rowe Price and loads of others. Am passionate about empowering talent and helping organizations embrace change. I have expertise in transforming organizations from top to bottom - including capabilities, organizational structure, talent and culture.
