Rebranding an existing business - Natalie Jones Virtual Assistant
Natalie Jones started to work with me to rebrand her VA business, she had outgrown the name and look and feel and wanted something to represent where she is taking the business forward to. The future of Natalie's business is in being a Virtual Business Support and covering so much more than the conventional Virtual Assistant term, she helps businesses find and convert clients, advises them on business potential and growth opportunities including being an account manager where needed for example.

I wanted to lift the perception of the brand from being more admin, to being a full scope of business support services. We had a brainstorm over Zoom and by understanding her ideas and vision better, I developed the idea of the 'and' being the key part of her business. Natalie has a team of 5 currently, and wants people to see her as a team offering a range of services.
It was clear that I needed to added personality and warmth to the brand, whilst also making it professional to be used in Networking events, corporate events and online.

I used the ampersand within the lettering ensuring that Natalie and her team are seen as one entity, bringing colour and an element of fun to the brand. The ampersand will go on to have different personalities depending on the service and audience.

We have only just completed this rebrand and it is at the stage of being rolled out across literature and online platforms.
