Development Securities (which became U+I at the end of 2015) is a property company with a diversified portfolio of projects that are predominantly focused on regeneration. The 2015 Annual Report focused on outlining the company’s principal objective of generating excellent returns by acquiring land and buildings where it can add value through expertise in planning, development, trading and regeneration.
