With a new CEO, new strategy and new Group structure, the challenge for the 2015 Informa Annual Report was to help investors fully understand the business. We developed a best practice structure, clearly highlighting the new divisional hierarchy and how the Group function creates value and drives strategy. We helped create a business model for the Group and each division and developed a series of divisional at-a-glance introductory pages for the skim-reader. To highlight the vast range of publications that the media group produces, we commissioned a series of illustrations as ‘dividers’ to structure the report and aid accessibility. The report was the first publication in the new Informa brand style which we created in conjunction with the report.
