As part of the 'Baxi Customer Support Service Conference 2015' A QR Code 'Customer Journey' was created to help colleagues get to grips with new technologies that were being introduced to the business.

Each QR code was linked to a video, Each video contained part of a customers journey. My colleagues job was to document what they saw wrong with the journey and at the end of session make a short film shot on a Go Pro suggesting ways the customers experience could be improved.
