About me

Having achieved a 2.1 in English Literature at Swansea University, and currently completing a master's degree in the same field, I am now hoping to employ the skills and experience within full time employment.

My master's degree has strengthened my analytical, critical and organisational skills, as well as challenging me to write the final 20,000 word dissertation which I am currently undertaking. The dissertation has proven my ability to research and evaluate relevant sources which allow me to form a unique analysis of my own, whilst carefully managing the time available to complete the process.

By remaining in part-time employment throughout university and by self-funding my postgraduate studies I have proven to be diligent, organised and flexible. I have acquired excellent customer service skills due to my experience in the hospitality industry and have established a high level of confidence whilst proving my own initiative to be essential to retaining composed and effective.
