"Nature is ever at work building and pulling down, creating and destroying, keeping everything whirling and flowing, allowing no rest but in rhythmical motion, chasing everything in endless song out of one beautiful form into another." John Muir.

Dark and vivid with a pulsing electronic soundtrack, this work was initially inspired by the anatomical drawings of the 19th century marine biologist Ernst Haeckel.

This is a personal project created in my spare time. A journey into the microscopic and the macroscopic; an alien world of creation, destruction and evolution.

This animation was created and rendered in Cinema 4D using both Octane and Arnold render engines. It was then composited in After Effects.
