Dear Premier Group,
Over the past three years I have worked as a football journalist, written over 200 websites and managed a community of students to produce Social CRM winning software.
I am looking for my next challenge to be in the games industry; a challenge that shall use my marketing skills, testing skills and reporting skills.
At Artesian Solutions I took ownership of all Customer Service monthly and quarterly reporting. I recognise trends and identify key customers that require further support. At Game Centre I spearheaded a new direction for company branding and as a result took their Social Media figures to new highs. At Microsoft I tested Triple A title Fable III. I uncovered a multitude of bugs including one that would have failed the title's publishing agreement.
I would describe myself as very customer focused and make great efforts to see the world from the customer's point of view. Attached to this application you will find my CV which details my key skills and experience.
