ABOUT

The Corner is a beloved neighbourhood pub located in the affluent suburb of Remuera, Auckland. The client required a fresh creative direction in order to update it’s various touchpoints across the identity, being particularly careful to appeal to their loyal regulars as well as attract new crowds. This included their overall positioning, aesthetic and a new tone of voice, food & drink menus, signage, uniforms and ongoing social media assets.

Inspiration for the new aesthetic was taken from the casual style of your classic neighbourhood store signage, aiming to capture the familiar essence of community and camaraderie. There is a strong focus on bold typography, illustration and warm tones for a welcoming feel.
