ABOUT
Brief:To create a greeting card which challenges the current perception of cards.
Concept:Hand-made gifts are appreciated a lot more than something that is commercially manufactured when it comes to greeting cards. People are far more likely to display and keep a greeting card which has been beautifully crafted.
Outcome:To encourage people to get back in touch with hand making crafts. “A Helping Hand” card range allows the audience to hand-make their own card/ gift. I produced a greeting card which includes instructions and resources for the receiver to create their own threaded illustration similar to the card they receive.
Currently working with Paper Rose, G.F Smith, The Sherwood Press and Paperchase to produce the range of greeting cards to be sold in store by January 2016.
