About Lucy
I am a young graphic artist with experience in fashion design, graphic design and as an artist. I am originally from North Wales and after doing an MA in Manchester I moved to Liverpool in the hopes of joining the creative scene in this incredible city.
I have a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Liverpool John Moores and a
postgraduate in Graphic Design and Art Direction from Manchester Metropolitan
University. During my time at university, I was able to gain valuable studio
experience and the ability to use a wide range of industrial equipment such as
large scale printers, laser cutters and photography equipment etc. I also focussed primarily on sustainable design and the study of fabrics, materials, and dyes and how we can reduce their environmental effect. I have worked extensively on digital platforms aiming to reduce my carbon footprint which enabled me to gain extremely valuable computer-aided design skills.
I am extremely hardworking and passionate about what I create or contribute to. I have 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles and I have both managed and worked as part of a team.
I believe my unique skills gained over various fields of design would make me an asset to any design team.
