ABOUT

Superfare is a breakthrough value proposition in the rail industry that offers budget-conscious customers a fresh approach to booking train journeys. With over 350k tickets sold to date, Superfare has become an award winning initiative, recognised for 'delivering for the customer' and prioritising 'Passenger experience'.

The project involved initial research and collaboration with design agency ODA, followed by in-house development of the creative identity. I then worked with Seatfrog developers to brand and launch the Superfare website whilst designing all assets for digital and social campaigns.

It was a privilege to work on the identity and create the branding guidelines of such an exciting new product for the industry and one that has such a customer first approach.
