I contributed a few background bits and bobs to this adaptation of Jonathan Stroud's YA novels for Netflix. The really interesting part of this project was the idea that - due to the ghost problem affecting this alternative timeline - technology has stalled at late 80s/early 90s levels. So even though it was set in the present day, the aesthetic was very DIY, scrappy and handmade, which obviously was right up my street!
