Noise Cancelling. The Quiet Room is a continuation of several ideas I have been exploring: silence, pause, the still body, and that inner space where we disconnect, even if only for a moment, from the outside world.

In this series, the red headphones appear as a kind of refuge. I don’t see them only as an object, but as a way of creating distance from external noise.

I wanted to build images where everything feels suspended: closed eyes, still hands, water, reflections, the butterfly, the green spaces. There is calm, but there is also tension.

The series speaks about that moment when one decides not to listen to everything.
To turn inward.
To find silence in the middle of the noise.
