ABOUT

Paladar is a food studio built around process. Not just what ends up on the plate, but everything that happens before it. We wanted the identity to come from the same place. Water, flour, pressure and repetition became design tools. The result was a visual language that felt less designed onto the brand and more grown from within it.

The textures, typography, and materials all came from the same place: process. Things pressed, stretched, repeated, worn in a little. What started as experimentation became structure. A visual language that gives Paladar room to grow without sanding off the edges that make it theirs.
