For Giorgio Armani's Luminous Silk campaign, photographer Damon Baker was tasked with capturing a series of intimate beauty portraits featuring Sadie Sink and Sydney Sweeney. Created for one of the beauty industry's most iconic product ranges, the campaign demanded a level of refinement that balanced technical precision with complete respect for the authenticity of the subjects.

Working closely with the creative team, Love Retouch was responsible for the final retouching across the campaign imagery. With every asset captured as a close-up beauty portrait, the work required an exceptionally considered approach, where even the smallest adjustments could influence the overall character and impact of the image.

Our focus was on preserving the natural beauty, texture and individuality of each subject while ensuring every detail met the exacting standards expected of a global luxury beauty campaign. Skin, makeup and product representation were refined with a light touch, maintaining realism while elevating the imagery to its final polished form.

Throughout the project, particular emphasis was placed on honouring the visual direction established by Damon Baker and the campaign's creative leadership. Every retouching decision was made in service of that vision, ensuring the finished images retained their intimacy, softness and authenticity while achieving absolute consistency across the final campaign assets.

The result was a collection of striking beauty portraits that celebrated the luminous qualities of both the product and the subjects themselves, delivering imagery that felt sophisticated, contemporary and unmistakably Armani.
